What I usually find
Most trade websites are quietly broken
Before I contact anyone, I open their website the way a customer would, on a phone. These come up again and again.
- The site can't be reachedThe web address expired or stopped pointing anywhere, so people get an error page.
- An old Google websiteGoogle shut down its free Business Profile websites in 2024. Links to them now just show a 404.
- A security warningAn expired or wrong certificate, so Chrome shows "Your connection is not private" before anything else.
- "Not secure"Sites without https now get a warning page in Chrome before they open.
- A parked pageThe address is paid for, but it shows a page of ads instead of the business.
- Never finishedA builder template with sample text still on it, or a "free plan" advert across the top.
Most owners have no idea, because they never visit their own site. Their customers do.

These are examples: the businesses are made up, they use a phone number set aside for fiction, and the photos are stand-ins. Your site gets your own name, photos, services, areas and reviews.

Price
You pay once the site is finished and you're happy with it, before it goes live on your address. If you don't like the draft, you don't pay anything.
$300 is my price for the first five clients, in return for a short Google review and permission to show the work. After that it's $900.
After three months it's your choice: $50 a month and I keep it updated and running, or nothing and it keeps working as it is.

Four steps, all by email
- Send your business nameEmail me, or just reply to my email. I start from your Google or Localsearch listing, so there's nothing to fill in.
- I build a draftUsually within a day or two. You look at it on your phone. Nothing to pay to look.
- We get it rightSend a few photos of your jobs and anything you'd change. Up to three rounds.
- You pay, it goes liveOnce you're happy, you pay the $300 and the site goes live on your address.
Who you'll deal with
Straight up
I'm Alex Chubukov. I work on my own, remotely from Vietnam, and everything happens by email: the draft, the changes and the handover.
That's how the price stays where it is, with no sales calls and no lock-in contracts. If you'd rather talk first, I'm happy to set up a video call at a time that suits you.

Good to know
Do I need a web address already?
No. If you have one, I connect the site to it. If you don't, I'll help you register one in your own name. The yearly fee for the address goes to the registrar, not to me.
Who owns the website?
You do. The site and the web address are yours. If you ever want to move it somewhere else, I'll hand everything over.
What if I don't like the draft?
Then you don't pay anything, and no hard feelings.
What happens after the first three months?
It's your choice: $50 a month and I keep it updated and running, or nothing and the site keeps working as it is.
My website is broken. Can you just fix it?
Sometimes the fix is simple, like a renewal or a setting with whoever hosts it. If that's all you need, I'll tell you.
Do I have to write anything?
No. I write the words from your listing, your reviews and what you tell me in a quick email. You check it and tell me what to change.
